Getting Started
First of all, thank you for choosing Heavenly Help to clean your establishment. To book an appointment, head over to the ‘Booking Page’ and fill out the information. We don’t need to perform an in home estimate first.

Yes! We actually encourage you to inform us of special tasks you want performed. When booking your appointment with us, there is a text box toward the bottom of the form asking what we can do to take your experience to the next level. Fill that box out to let us know what tasks you want done. You can also speak with your cleaner when they arrive!
Listen, we get it. Letting a complete stranger in your living room can be uncomfortable. Our cleaners have been interviewed multiple times and background checks have been taken for every cleaner.
Yes, this is a part of the interview process for ALL team members.
Pricing & Policies
This all depends on the service chosen. When you are booking your appointment you can see what the charges are and extras.
Absolutely! We use stripe so none of your information is stored with us.
While walkthroughs are not required, they do ensure quality service. All customers are encouraged to do a walkthrough with the cleaner at the time of service. If a walkthrough is not performed, you will not be eligible for a re-clean.

Living Room and Bedroom
- Dust and sanitize all surfaces
- Dust and wipe down furniture tops
- Clean all mirrors
- Clean inside closets
- Polish light fixtures
- Mop and/or vacuum floor
- Disinfect door and closet handles
- Make bed
- Empty trash
- Ceiling fans dusted (if reachable)
- Clean door frames, and door knobs
Kitchen
- Dust and sanitize all surfaces
- Clean all mirrors
- Polish light fixtures
- Sink sanitized and faucets polished
- Sweep and mop floor
- Disinfect all handles
- Wipe all appliances
- Remove trash and/or recycle
- Clean inside of microwave
- Clean outside cabinets
- Clean and disinfect outside of oven and top burners
- Clean outside of dishwasher
- Clean outside of refrigerator
- Empty trash
- Clean door frames, and door knobs
Bathroom
- Dust and sanitize all surfaces
- Clean all mirrors

Absolutely. Our cleaning professionals will bring everything needed depending on what type of service you selected.

Living Room and Bedroom
On top of everything included in our standard cleaning, with a deep clean you will also receive:
- Picture frames dusted and wiped
- Lamp Shades will be dusted
- Baseboards dusted and cleaned
- Window sills will be cleaned of bugs and dirt
- Blinds cleaned
- Air condition vents will be dusted to ensure you are not circulating dirt
Kitchen
On top of everything included in our standard cleaning, with a deep clean you will also receive:
- Inside Fridge and oven cleaned (food must be removed or at least, out of the way)
- Baseboards underneath cabinets cleaned
- Trash and recycling removed
- Window sills will be cleaned of bugs and dirt
- Blinds cleaned
Bathroom
On top of everything you will get with a standard cleaning, with a deep clean you will also receive:
- Shower – The shower curtain is removed and machine washed in solution before being dried on a light spin cycle. The shower heads are scrubbed with light bleach to remove buildup. The tub is sprayed with solution and wiped down, removing mildew and grime.
- Sink/ faucet – Sinks are based in solution and sanitized as well as faucet heads to remove calcium buildup
- Toilet – Cleaning the porcelain where you sit is only part of it. With a deep clean, the team will pay close attention to the hard to reach areas around the based and floor behind the toilet.
There are a few items in the home we will not clean:
- High ceiling fans
- Clean carpets (we will vacuum carpets but we are not a professional carpet cleaning company)
- Remove animal waste
- Mold removal
- Massive declutter (we will help organize some spaces but this is at the cleaners discretion)
- Clean walls (we will spot clean, but not extensive wall cleaning)
- Under no circumstances will the cleaners lift any heavy items (dressers, tables, etc)
- Any property outside of the home
- Bug or rodent infestation
